TANGGU VALVE PLANT ZHEJIANG SALE CENTRE Established in 1956 under
China Machinery Industry Ministry, It's a major valve manufacturer
in China. The competent authorities of Tianjin Tanggu Valve Plant
is Tianjin Machinery Electronic Industry Group (Former Tianjin Administration
Bureau of Machinery building Industry).

The Plant is located at
No.5 Yong Tai Road Tanggu District. Tianjin, Near where the Haihe
River empties into the Bohai Sea. It is only 3.2 kilometers away from
Tianjin Xingang Port. It covers an area of 80,000 square meters including
53,000 square meter construction. A special railway extension connects
the Plant with the railway network. It is very convenient for land,

Valve Plant has 1000 employees among whom 117 are technicians and
engineers and 15 senior engineers; Fixed assets worth 126
million Yuan (approximately 15 million US dollars equivalent);400
sets of machines and equipment among which 50 sets are heavy equipment
and the largest valve performance testing center in North China which
makes the plant capable of developing, designing and manufacturing
various medium and low pressure valves. It was granted Class B enterprise
of State in 1987 and passed ISO9001 international quality system certification
in 1993.The Plant produces valves in 540 sizes of 40 serials in 8
categories. The main products include Center Line butterfly valve,
Flanged butterfly valve, Metal to metal sealing butterfly valve. wafer
check valve, Gate valve?? globe valve, waterpower control valve and
air regulating valve. The wafer butterfly valve was awarded the Silver
Medal in l988 for its prime quality by the State and has been selling
well in various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in
China and exporting to countries in Europe. America and Oceanic. The
plant has established close partnership with specialized manufacturers
in USA. German, Australia. Taiwan and HongKong. The annual production
output is more than 5.000 metric tons, the total Valve of annual output
is 150 million Yuan and sales reach 200 million Yuan. As one of the
top 500 mechanical Industry enterprises (evaluated in 1995), By introducing
technology of Center Line butterfly valve from Mark Controls in 1980
and establishing joint venture with Watts Industries with the investment
ratio of 40% to 60%, the production scale has been increased from
year to year and great progress has been made. Tianjin Tanggu Valve
Plant and Tianjin Tanggu Watts Valve company, the joint venture established
by Tianjin Tanggu Valve Plant and Watts Industries, have earned good
reputation in China and worldwide. The products with trade mark of
"TVT" and "TWT" have very large market share and
are widely engineering, petroleum, and chemical industry. Products
